Registration Form and Fees

Space in each course is limited.  Registrations are processed on a first come first serve basis. Please note, we cannot guarantee your spot in the course until payment is received.

To register for one of the Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid courses please complete the registration form below.  

COVID 19 Safety Information:
  • Physical distancing will be practiced.
  • You are welcome to wear a mask if you choose. 
  • All items such as mannequins, and surfaces such as tables, will be disinfected before courses.
  • Each participant will be provided with their own supplies to use throughout the course.
  • Dogs that attend may be touched/handled by their guardians only. People must not touch other's dogs. 
  • Dogs must stay on leash with their guardian.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available in the classroom. 
  • If participants are feeling ill leading up to the course, they must not attend. I will transfer participants to a future course.  
  • If I am feeling ill leading up to the course, I will postpone the course.  

Payment:

Course fee is $160 + GST  

 *Bring a friend and save!*  Two person registration fee is $300 (save $20) + GST


Optional Pet First Aid Kits available ($16.00 to $56.00 + GST)

We accept payment by e-mail transfer, cheque, or cash.  Cheques should be made out to Leah Daoust-Hoskins.

    Registration Form

    You are responsible for your dog and her/his behaviour.  If your dog causes damage or injuries to anything or anyone, you alone will be held responsible for any incidentals to rectify the situation.  Leah Daoust-Hoskins, Canine Connection Pet Services and it’s owner/employees assume no liability should damage and/or injury be caused by your dog.
